Tanjung Bungah

Georgetown

Gurney Drive is also considered the second central business district in Georgetown because of the shopping malls and high rise buildings that can be found here.

Tourism Tax : Effective 1st September 2017, a RM10nett per room per night tax will be imposed, payable directly to the hotel upon check in. Malaysians and permanent residents will be exempted. This Tourism Tax (TTx) is regulated by the Ministry of Finance and Royal Malaysian Customs Department.
